We listen before we build.
The first meetings are mostly questions. How do orders come in? Who counts the stock, and when? What does the owner check at the end of the day? We want to understand the business the way a doctor understands a patient before we draw anything, and then plan the system with the care of an architect.
While we build, we show you working screens instead of slides, so you can tell us early if something is wrong. When it's ready, we train your staff on it until they can use it without us.
